Prescription Refill

Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset are routinely issued Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. You can make your request by:

• Calling our office at (516) 627-8717
• Having your pharmacy fax the request to (516) 365-1634
• Completing and submitting our secure Prescription Refill Form below

We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.

In order to comply with your request, we will need to refer to your medical records. Depending on when you were last seen in the office, your physician may recommend an office visit for re-evaluation prior to dispensing new medications.

No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
